Booked a long weekend stay at this hotel and after reading some of the reviews on here was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We had a club view king room which was very spacious with a lovely big bathroom. Check in was very efficient and staff polite. Our room and indeed all of the hotel that we used was very clean. Whilst tea and coffee sachets were provided in the room there was no milk but after asking at reception a jug was delivered very promptly. We had access to the executive lounge with our room which was nice as we were able to get a latte and cold drinks through the day and in the evening there was a selection of food and alcohol on offer too. Having seen reviews about the cost of breakfast at the hotel I had looked up a cafe that was just across the road which served a very nice selection of breakfasts so if you don't want to spend 100ztl then highly recommend Hygge, we also ate lunch there on our last day. Whilst the hotel is located a little way from the town centre the bus and tram services stop right outside the hotel and are very cheap and run really regularly so easy to get to where you want to go. We enjoyed the pool and sauna and steam room on our last day too which was a nice way to relax before travelling home. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and will definitely book it again next time we go to Warsaw.
