Κατά την άφιξη οι Ρώσοι πολίτες πρέπει να προσκομίζουν ένα από τα ακόλουθα γνήσια (όχι αντίγραφα) αποδεικτικά ταυτοποίησης: έγκυρο ρωσικό εγχώριο ή διεθνές διαβατήριο, ή δίπλωμα οδήγησης.

Front desk is open 24/7.

Upon check-in with children under 14 years old, a birth certificate must be presented.

For foreign citizens:

- a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen on the territory of the Russian Federation (foreign passport, national passport, identity card (for citizens of Kazakhstan), birth certificate). For stateless persons, a residence permit can serve as an identity document;

- migration card;

- visa, residence permit, or temporary residence permit (for foreign citizens who require a visa to enter or reside in the Russian Federation);

- the detachable part of the notification form, if the foreign citizen stays in Russia for more than 7 days after crossing the border.

If any of the above-mentioned documents are missing, the administrator has the right to refuse hotel accommodation.

The cost of an extra bed is RUB 4400.00 per night for children aged 6–12, and RUB 5000.00 per night for guests over 12 years old.

In case of no-show or cancellation, payment for "early check-in" or "late check-out" services is non-refundable, and a penalty will also be charged according to the selected rate.

Bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered a group request and will be processed individually upon inquiry.

Breakfast is served in a buffet format. On weekdays, breakfast is available from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM; on weekends, from 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Hotel guests are entitled to complimentary access to the aqua-thermal complex upon presentation of the guest spa card to the administrator. The aqua-thermal complex is open daily from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Visiting rules:

- Long hair must be tied up or covered with a swimming cap;

- Access to the aqua and thermal complex is allowed only with a swimsuit and rubber slippers (flip-flops, Crocs);

- Children under 12 are allowed in the spa center until 06:00 PM and only when accompanied by an adult;

- Children from 12 years old are allowed in the spa center until 10:00 PM and only when accompanied by an adult who assumes responsibility for the child's safety and compliance with the established rules;

- Children under 3 may visit the aqua-thermal complex only with a special swim diaper;

- The adult accompanying guests under 18 years old is responsible for complying with the spa center rules and ensuring the child’s compliance as well. Otherwise, staff may refuse to provide the service.
