The hotel is extremely hospitable. Every member of staff is incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast is of great quality and, whilst catering for breakfast tastes from across the world, offers local food as well (such as mini thebirkes (often called Copenhageners outside of CPH). The fitness centre is adequate for a hotel of this size. The swimming pool is lovely and at a good temperature. The evening menu at the brasserie is pretty good and will cater for most dietary requirements. We had fantastic views from our room, looking out to the sea and Amager. The room sizes are comfortable, but maybe not overly generous, but we certainly didn’t need them any bigger. We had adjoining rooms as well and as a family we were well-accommodated. Overall, a fantastic (second!) stay, and looking forward to going back soon! Oh, and concierge and bike hire were great too!
