Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon

This was my first stay at a 5-star hotel, so I wasn’t sure what to expect—but Eastin Grand definitely made it memorable. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. My luggage was handled with care during check-in, which was smooth even though my card was declined on the first try. The staff at the counter stayed cheerful and welcoming, and I really appreciated that. They also allowed me to check in early without any extra charge, which was a huge plus. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only small downside was the TV, which felt a little small for the room size and didn’t have casting options. That said, it wasn’t a big deal since I don’t watch much TV anyway. Breakfast was good with all the essentials and a decent variety. It wasn’t extravagant, but that actually made it feel more cozy. The only thing I’d suggest is improving the ambiance a little, as the dining area felt slightly like a hall. Checkout was seamless and actually one of the highlights of my stay. I had a late flight and wanted to do some last-minute shopping. To my surprise, the hotel offered free luggage storage after checkout—something I didn’t expect but found incredibly convenient. Overall, the service was excellent and made everything simple and stress-free. For the level of comfort and care compared to the price, I’d say it’s absolutely worth it.
