The hotel is set on a really beautiful stretch of beach with amazing white sand and clear blue water. The staff cleared any seaweed the minute it appeared. Always plenty of sun beds available on the beach and around the pool. The staff keep the beach and pool area immaculately clean. The gardens are also really well maintained everyone works so hard to keep everything looking beautiful. The hotel and rooms are also very well maintained and kept to a high standard. The rooms are very large with plenty of sockets for all electrical appliances. Daily cleaning of the rooms are again to a high standard. The food in the restaurants are all very good in particular the deck bar has a good selection on the menu and Gonzalo and the team were so friendly and very attentive. Breakfast is served in the Cariboro restaurant which overlooks the amazing beach and the staff here are truly amazing they work so hard but always have a big smile for every guest and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would like to mention the following staff who served us at breakfast: Antonio Dola Riva Meydali Jorge Sharon Gabriel They made us feel so welcome and are a real credit to the hotel. Every member of staff throughout the hotel are doing a fantastic job to make the best environment for the guests so very welcoming. We will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit Cancun.
