We were a bit sceptic to book this hotel because of some negative reviews, but we were more than happy to have booked this hotel. Beautiful, clean hotel and rooms. Super service everywhere. Helpful friendly people in te restaurant, at the pools, at the reception, on the slides. Karim, Ibo, Umut from the animation team made our son feal very at home. We can not say anything bad and consider returning next year!
