I stayed here for a week for a conference. Check in process was very smooth and quick. This is a very busy hotel with many different clients...the sightseers, business people, amusement park families, etc. It was busy but never felt chaotic. LOVE the 24 hour store off the main lobby, it seriously has so many options, whatever you are looking for, 24 hours a day. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. My view was of the conference room roof but it was ok. Helpful staff all around. The conference rooms were well lit and comfortable, bring a jacket or sweater. The pool was delightful. Loved that there was a separate space for the kiddos with slides and splash pad. The center of the hotel is completely open and beautiful. Great gift shop and restaurant also. Starbucks coffee shop too. I would happily stay here anytime!
