Austin's Saint Lazare Hotel

The location is excellent, just across the side street of Gare Saint-Lazare, with access to 4 metro lines, besides local, suburban and regional trains and, even though so close to a major transport hub, I found the region to be clean, safe and quiet.The room was good size (especially for Paris standards) and had a very comfortable bed. The only negative thing is that the shower room is really small – I’m not sure all rooms are like that, so, depending on your body type, you should probably check further. I didn’t book with breakfast included, but I had breakfast almost every day in the hotel, because it was good, inexpensive and very convenient. The breakfast room is very small, and you might miss one thing or another, but it is still a buffet with several options, so much better than some overpriced coffee shops around.
