We had a wonderful 10-day stay, and the experience was truly memorable. The staff were outstanding across all departments—from reception to housekeeping. I’d like to give special mention to Ms. Faith and a gentleman from the housekeeping team (I believe he’s from Pakistan, though I didn’t catch his name), along with the ever-helpful support staff, Mr. Sachin and Mr. Sunil. Mr. Abdulla from the F&B team and Ms. Mariam at the gym reception also stood out for their warm smiles and always being ready to assist. A big shoutout as well to the lifeguards at the pool, who were always attentive and friendly. Their positive energy really added to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Just a small suggestion—replacing the washroom bins and upgrading the older TVs would enhance the guest experience even further. Aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect.
