We stayed here for six nights early June, and we love this hotel ! Had a lovely exec room which was spacious, comfortable and clean with good aircon. The breakfasts were good, the staff all very friendly, especially Lucy who was very helpful booking trips to Ha Long Bag and Ninh Binh for us. The hotel is in a great location, right in the Old Town. We loved Hanoi also. Weather was hot and humid, but that was to be expected. Highly recommend this hotel. By the end of the stay it felt like home, which is always a good sign!
