We had a great time at the Hard Rock Hotel. We purchased the Harry Potter 7 Night package. It came with park to park tickets, express passes for two parks, a day at Epic Universe and a bunch of fun add ons like breakfast in all the Harry Potter Worlds and some ice cream. The room was great. The vibe of the hotel perfectly suited our family with two teenagers. Susan at the Pool Bar made us feel like we were right at home! All the staff were just so friendly and nice. Literally every employee we spoke to was so friendly and kind. There's an Avis at the front desk so we rented a car for a day to explore Orlando. And you're right at the parks - so early opening is actually easy to do. Epic Universe is a short bus ride away and we were able to take full advantage of early opening there as well. You don't get Express at Epic, so we booked for a Wednesday when crowds are low and makaged to do everything including a lazy French breakfast in Harry Potter World. The pool is amazing. Beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is cleverly designed so that the girls could do their make up in the mirror while someone else was using the toilet and shower. Honestly - we couldn't speak more highly about the experience! It was so much fun.

The Universal's Hard Rock Hotel has advised about the planned renovation and enhancement of guest rooms and bathrooms that were scheduled to start in July, but have been rescheduled to begin in October of 2024 and continue through Autumn of 2025. See the updated information for details.

The project will be completed in the identified channels in October of this year and fall of next year. Soft goods renovation will include guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and elevator landing areas. The enhancements will be carried out in stages.
