Of course there was a language barrier, but the people behind the desk were kind and understood us well. The day we left they held our bags for us so we could see the sites around the city. We felt really secure because they had a system that they could tell which bags were yours, this is a great idea because you have to show the proof back to them. The staff also pointed us in the right direction on where to eat right down the street. We stayed their Saturday night and the locals like to party you could hardly hear them in the room. The room was nice and quiet. One thing that is strange to me is the small elevators in every hotel. Thanks IHG being consistent in all your properties I’ve visited in Scotland, France and the US.
