Had a pleasant stay at this quaint hotel located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, near Jalan Alor. The location is excellent, with easy access to malls, eateries, and the monorail station. All the staff were attentive, from check-in to the breakfast café service, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Great value for money. One area for improvement would be the room’s AC system, which could be more efficient. Overall, a good experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Special thanks to Mr Farid at the front desk whom help us navigate an issue with the room AC matters.
