The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the reception staff were amazing, so polite and helpful, especially Giangiorgio, Alessandro and Federica. The manager Simone was exceptional, always present making sure his guests are happy, he even took the time to take 8 of us to the water park nearby as there was no transport! The hotel is spotlessly clean and well kept, located between Santa Maria al Bagno and Santa Catarina, both beautiful with different experiences. We would definitely come back again along with family and friends!
