This was a wonderful place to start our trip to Portugal. We arrived in the morning and were able to get into our apartment early. The staff member who met us there was very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, and although in a busy area with a fair amount of noise outside, the windows really kept that out so we slept well. They provided a fruit basket and bottled water for us. The keypads outside the main door and our apartment door made access simple. We were in a good location to walk to restaurants, shops and some of the sights. Space is used well, but I would have liked a place for hanging clothes in the second bedroom. Only one bedroom of the two has a closet, but there are drawers in both. Both a box of tissues and hair conditioner were provided; this sounds goofy to comment on but they are things I've found to not necessarily be common when traveling. If I traveled to Lisbon again, this is where I'd want to stay.
