The hostess was charming, kind and looked after my every need. She cooked wonderful meals and also helped clean my clothes and dry them by the wood stove. I just wish I had more time to stay there. The room was cozy and the bed was too. I slept like a baby, which is not my norm.I cannot recommend this place enough. Try not to bring much luggage. the access is out of a book, like walking up a path, and you are not exactly sure till you get there. Just wonderful

    What was good

    I’m so happy I chose Fora Pension for my stay in Ayder. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a magnificent view from the window. Fatma is a wonderful host—warm, hospitable, and so kind. Those cozy evenings by the stove in the common room, when she treated me to hazelnuts from her garden and Turkish sweets, will stay in my heart forever. If I ever return to Ayder, I’ll stay here again without a doubt. ❤️
