The hotel is very nicely located within a few minutes walk from a variety of souvenir shops and the city centre with many restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is right on the waterfront offering a number of restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. After checking in we found our water pressure was low and our kettle didn't seem clean enough. The duty manager changed our room with one with better water views. That is customer service. Our room then was well appointed with great amenities. A great base from which one can access Sandwich Harbour and the skeleton coast.
