August 2025 - 4 nights - UK couple ⭐ super clean, modern, friendly staff ⭐ towels changed daily, fresh bottled water given daily ⭐ standard double room was very small but not impossibly so, and the bathroom was very large ⭐ amazing location in central Shinjuku. Only downside I am a light sleeper so was woken in the night by sirens on a couple of occasions but such is the nature of the location. The hotel itself felt very safe and secure ⭐ 7/11 below the hotel was very handy ⭐ we had breakfast included and this was excellent, some of the offering was a little bizarre but we embraced and enjoyed it very much ⭐ Godzilla was cool but not the reason we booked the hotel so we weren't disappointed that you couldn't get on to the terrace but would be even better if this was fixed
