10495 reviewsBest holiday ever! We had a great time away as a family, this is our second time here and want to return very soon. We was so relaxed and taken care of we cried coming home!! The restaurant staff were lovely, making sure we had a table and remembered our drinks big shout out to the restaurant manager what a true gentleman! The main bar staff and beach bar staff were so lovely and friendly they personalised mocktails for our daughters which was so lovely. The room was lovely and spacious and a great location the cleaning was not up to my standards however we only slept in there was was not a huge issue. The animation team were great it was nice to have more English speaking staff this time to ask questions and recommendations we did find the two younger men( I believe to be African I apologise if wrong) they would only speak to young girls and avoid families which was a shame as everyone else came over for a chat and invited us to join in sadly they did not. Dylan the animation manager was quite rude also when asking what shows were on. The grounds are truly stunning and real love and care are taken into consideration whilst looking after the area. The lifeguards are lovely and friendly they would find us sun lounges and have them ready for us in the morning that was a great touch thank you so much. Thank you Jaz Maribel for making our holiday so perfect you are what dreams are made of we look forward to coming back soon our girls want to return every year!!
