What was good

Room was brilliant but we also upgraded to a suite which was fantastic. Most staff were excellent however some senior staff were not on the ball. Pool and beach club really nice. Reception lady was very helpful, nice and apologetic. Will be back.

What was bad

On checkout the itemised bill is very unclear and over charges are easily missed. We paid the bill then noticed we had been double charged for the original room which at £140 was significant. They also messed up the restaurant bill with other tables, so we had to spent time after dinner trying to sort it out resulting in a spoiled evening and not sure if we had ended up paying for items twice. Be aware of wine prices. Cheapest Rose wine which is €5 in a shop is €30 at the hotel. My advice is take all slips signed for and get a printout from reception on checkout day to cross check. Mistakes can happen.
