Delta Hotels by Marriott Istanbul Levent Hotel

We came as a delegation of 20 people, certainly not the easiest clients to handle, with new requests almost every day (or hour 😅). Yet the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to the professionalism of the team and the outstanding leadership of the General Manager. The GM was always available, whether to answer a question or to make a request happen, and he did so with a consistently professional and positive attitude. His calm leadership and attention to detail gave us confidence that everything was under control, and it turned what could have been a hectic business trip into a truly enjoyable one. Rusul, the joker and the rest of the staff matched this energy with cheerful, attentive service, ensuring that every member of our group felt taken care of. We left extremely happy and impressed by how well the hotel managed such a demanding delegation. Very clean, excellent food and delicious wine 🍷 Cannot beat the location with a lot of nice bars and restaurants around. Highly recommended.
