Akra Kemer - All Inclusive

Typing this on our last day of our fortnights holiday, sat on the beach awaiting for the final repairs to the pier following yesterday's high winds. This is our 6th visit and it was a glorious as all our previous trips. We arrived late on a Saturday night and were quickly whisked through reception and onto our room overlooking the quiet pool. The rooms themselves are spotless, cleaned to a high standard and very comfortable, with a mini fridge which was topped up daily. The grounds of the hotel are immaculate, green spaces well kept and everywhere was spotless, they really do work tirelessly to keep it all tidy, proof, if needed, was the speed everything was back to normal after the aforementioned winds. Food is of a pretty good standard and generally varied, although breakfast can get repetitive after a few days. We tried 4 of the a la carte restaurants, we successfully booked everything we tried, first time, no problems... I personally loved the ocean and the Asain whilst my wife's favourite was the Mexican (she adored the Molida) but we both found the Olive to be surprisingly disappointing. Drinks as always here, are plentiful and refreshing, a lovely ice coffee with a Baileys in it is a great and cheeky mid-morning treat. We spent most evenings in the Luna bar, a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The greatest part of the holiday as mentioned by many before are the staff. When people say they go above and beyond, they really do... there are too many to mention, so I've really limited myself to those we really took to our hearts. Dogan in the main restaurant, who welcomed us back like old friends and looked after our every needs. Aslì from the Luna Bar, is such a lovely sweet lady, always has a smile and, of course, serves the most delicious cocktails, she is a credit to the hotel.
