Parrotel Lagoon Waterpark Resort

Well where do I start Egypt once again you have been amazing.we come to Egypt 6 months a year and stay in different hotels for experience. After looking at parrotel lagoon resort we was put off by the negative reviews however we went with this hotel .we are here for 50 nights all inclusive.and tbh with you .who ever are thinking to book this hotel you will not be disappointed,the bar staff are so nice and waiter on you all the time they can't help you enough.the restaurant staff are so polite help you as much as they can .the food there's choices for everyones taste ..theres always something that you can find to eat .if you never been to Egypt before don't expect full English dishs they try there very best ..also the reception staff are very helpful..and try there best but most of all Lucy she is a English lady she is guest relations she couldn't do more for you if she tried she works so hard to try and help every single guest with there needs .shes a lovely out going lady down to earth person she greets you and every single day asks how you are and if you need anything..my personal opinion she is an asset to the company.most of the staff do find it hard to speak English but they do try there very best .but Lucy with her being English gives you the extra satisfaction and confidence/ comfort you need through your stay . however we felt that happy with the staff and hotel we have booked to stay for 1 month over Christmas..due to how fantastic and welcoming the hotel made us feel its actually felt like home.
