⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service and a truly welcoming experience I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and can honestly say that the service made all the difference. From the very first moment, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Mehmet and sercan , who were both incredibly professional, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out and added a personal touch to the entire stay. I would also like to give particular praise to Sara, who is the first person you meet when you arrive. She welcomes guests at the front desk and immediately makes you feel comfortable and at home. Her warm attitude, friendliness, and professionalism created a great first impression and set the tone for the whole experience. Overall, the staff here go above and beyond to make sure guests feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
