What was good

Beautiful view, clean and silent rooms, useful kitchen, good location- near to city center, KIND STAFF. Especially that girl in reception her name was Albina. She was the best thing about hotel. She was kind sweet and patient. Other good side of hotel is ENGLISH KNOWING STAFF. And I was a girl traveling alone. Hotel was so safe. I recommend here.

    What was good

    Very friendly staff and always very humble to their foreign guests. The toilets very very clean and all amenities were available in the room, e.g. cutlery, microwave oven, dryer, etc.

    What was bad

    The access to the main door should not be blocked by the sliding gate, because I had to take a long way from the other side and that too with two trolley bags in the thick snow.
