Nesta second time around a much smaller roomAnd struggling with hot water. Staff fantastic, nice pool to cool off and close to all the shopping places

Really enjoy our stay breakfast good a little variety of some of the meats nice to have salad at breakfast

Excellent breakfast, location and service

Amazing location. Hardly 5 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, made to order eggs with wide variety of fruits n breads. Easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport is through Grab app, which cost @ 90000 Dg or CAD $5 Overall a nice clean hotel with affordable price.

Second time I’ve stayed here and I absolutely love the friendly and helpful staff. It was concierge service that I didn’t get at the more expensive hotels that I’ve stayed at.

I’m not sure if the room was already arranged prior to my arrival but when I arrived early at the hotel lobby waiting to check in I made a last-minute request as I was spending my birthday there to have a nice view, and when I entered my room, the first thing I saw was the most beautiful view of this building of a shopping mall with a picture screen of ads and palm trees on its rooftop! They also surprised me on the day of my birthday with fruit snacks arranged nicely on my bed when I returned from the markets. The staff were very accommodating and the location was perfect for everything! The only let down about my room was the lack of wardrobe space, hook and hangers to hang my clothes.

Pretty good for a 3 star but the only disappointing thing for me was the shower was not powerful enough. Water flows very slowly and the hot water takes a couple of minutes to warm up. Otherwise it was a good stay for a 3 star property, breakfast was pretty decent but it finishes a little early at 09:30. Location was pretty good and in a safe neighbourhood too.

Convenience location; easily accessible to many tourists sites, food, shopping. Nice breakfast. Stayed for 5 nights (2 rooms) and about half the breakfast items changed every day. Counter staff understand very little English. Cheerful and friendly staff.People talking along corridor can be heard in the rooms. Rain dropping on galvanised zinc sheet could be heard in the room the whole night.

Perfect city hotel for exploring District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were very friendly and helpful regardless of what we needed, whether it was tourist trips/finding restaurants/help with cleaning rooms at different times/extra pillows - they were very kind and helpful. Staff would open the door for us and always acknowledge us.We had a double deluxe room, very compact room with nice bathroom and shower, the shower curtain wasnt the best at stopping the floor from getting wet but this was a small issue, comfy bed, lockable safe in the room, tv, phone, minifridge. The room was comfortable regardless of the size and was perfect for our first trip to ho chi minh.The pool on the roof looks great in photos but in reality is tiny and not the most exciting in person, but we decided to explore the amazing number of attractions that are only a few minutes walk away. Pasteur Pub/Restaurant next door is awesome, and Benh Tahn market is only 2 minutes walk away.

What a little gem!! So happy that we stayed here. The staff were so friendly and so helpful, especially Quin at reception and Li (Lee) in the restaurant. The only thing that was a little disappointing was being told our two rooms had balconies and when we found out we actually didn't because they had no floors.  Regardless, the Nesta is so close to the Ben Thanh Markets, the palace and so much more! Great location 👍 Recommend Hoangs Kitchen across the road too!! Would definitely stay again. Room feels small but bed is good. Had a executive room for 5 nights. Bathroom is nice but shower handling is a bit hassle and water will be everywhere. Overall cleaness of the room is average standard. Staff is very attentive and friendly, always smiling and engaging when approached. Location is perfect, many bars and restaurants close by and of course ben thanh market. Very slow wi-fi internet. Has a very small pool but we never got to use. Could be noisy when people are talking in hallways. Better to get on higher floor. (I think)

Good value for money with great location

The room was a good size but unfortunately the location was not optimal. We asked for an upper floor a month before our arrival and were put on the bottom floor in front of the entrance. Super noisy, very bright! Not optimal for sleeping! When we asked to be moved originally we were told they had no rooms. The breakfast was wonderful with many options to choose from. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Hotel was a great little spot & had everything we needed for the one night we were staying. The hotel staff were amazing & very helpful. They gave suggestions of places to eat & made sure we got away in our taxi with no problems. We would definitely stay there again if we came back to Ho Chi Min City.

Perfect location, easily walkable everywhere in the city where we wanted to go! Great complimentary breakfast buffet in the morning with a range of more local dishes and more American/European fare for the less adventurous. Rooms were clean and small but everything was functional. Nice and quiet at night! Water ran hot promptly in the shower. No shower curtain so water did get all over the floor of the bathroom. Rooftop pool was small and surrounding plexiglass was a little bit old/dirty but still provided a fun view out over neighborhood. Would stay again for a few nights for an easy, convenient, budget-friendly experience in the city!
