We stayed here again in August for a family trip and, as always, had a wonderful experience. This was actually our fourth visit to this hotel, and each time we come back, the food and service never disappoint. The meals for Platinum guests at PGB and Soho and a la carte restaurants are consistently fresh, delicious, and offer a wide variety that makes it easy to please the whole family. The staff is another reason we keep returning—they are always warm, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their genuine hospitality makes each stay special. After four visits, this hotel continues to be one of our favorite places for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. Highly recommended. Recommend to upgrade to Platinum for better food choices and services. They also have beach seafood buffet night party on Wednesday for Platinum guests.
