We had the pleasure of staying again at the Steigenberger Hotel Ras Soma from 16/08 to 30/08, this time in suite 2064 and room 2170 for our teenagers. Our experience was once again outstanding, thanks to the wonderful staff who made our holiday truly special. A big thank you to Shehab and Mhamed, the lifeguards at the Relax Pool, for their constant care and professionalism. A special thanks to Haitham, waiter at the Benissuma restaurant, whose excellent service and thoughtful attention made every visit memorable. We are also very grateful to Amr at reception for his warm welcome and assistance, Mahmoud at Movida Spa, and Ahmed for his great work with hair, pedicure, and facial treatments. The private taxi driver arranged for airport transfers and a marina night trip was reliable and friendly. At the SELF restaurant, Soltan and Ibrahim-Mohamed, together with the entire team of chefs and waiters, impressed us with their kindness and delicious dishes. Last but not least, our thanks go to the room cleaners, who kept everything perfect throughout our stay. This hotel feels like a second home to us, and we will definitely come back again—we simply love it here!
