I liked the location as it was close to the Red Square, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the attitude of the hotel manager, Aya — she was always willing to help and very kind, even though there wasn’t much she could do about the issues.

1. Bathroom way smaller than you imagine
2. They need to invest more in cleaning the room before handling it.
