Great transport links to all parts of Berlin. Numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarket. Despite reviews I read about reception staff before booking I found them to be efficient, helpful and courteous even when very busy. Spotlessly clean, daily change of towels, just place any used in bathtub and they will be replaced. All in all value for money.
Nothing caused us any disappointment but I did find breakfast cost high in comparison with surrounding eateries and the water at 4 euros was priced in Edeko supermarket at 85 cents, but previous reviews warned of this. Don't be put off, this hotel is still good value.
